1969 roadrunner rear tire size

What size rear tire can I get on a 69 roadrunner. Looks like with a 4.25 or 4.50 backspace wheel I might be able to get a 275-60-15. Just looking for guidance from some who has done this.

My dad run's that exact tire on the back of his 69. Not sure of the back spacing, I'll try to ask him.

I'm running that size Hoosier Drag Radials on my Satellite. I'm running a 10 inch wheel but I have closer to a 5-1/2 to 6 inch backspace.... Hard to tell when it's on the on the car thought...

I'm running 275 - 60 -15's on 15x7 wheels on the back. It's all stock no mods & they fit fine.

I run N-50's on mine with a 10 in rim

275 60-15's work great on Runners, Bees, and Chargers.

I run 225 70-15's in front with them. Similar height.

7 inch rim in front, 8 inch rim in back. Standard back spacing

HELLO I HAVE TWO ROAD RUNNERS AND BOTH HAVE 15X8 RIMS ON THE REAR WITH A 5" BACKING ALSO RUNING A 275X60X15 ON REAR 225X70X15 ON THE FRONT . WORKS GREAT AN LOOKS GREAT ! A REAL MOPAR MAN !!

I have the standard off set 15 x 8 cragars on mine and the tires are
28 x 12.50 x 15 ET street tires. They fit Great!!!
No rubbing or not even close.

275-60-17's on 9.5" wheel with 5.5" backspace is what I have on my 70.

15x8 rim w/ 4.5" of back spacing and a 275-60 tire on my dad's '69 road runner.

Would you have any pictures of the 295x65x15, Also what brand of tire are they..I"M running 275x60x15 and would like to go with a larger tire.
