Seat belt restoration

I was told by a fellow member that there was fellow in Washington state that was doing a good job on seat belt resto. He couldn't remember the contact info but thought the fellow's name was Bill. Any help?

I has him replace only the elastics and snaps on my shoulder harnesses. Beautiful job and very fast turnaround. I highly recommend him.

Very good job, I bought to Bill my seat belts for my 70 Challenger.
