71 Charger bumper bracket ID?

71 Charger bumper bracket ID? - 04/12/14 08:56 PM

These were on the car when I bought it but I didn't pay much attention when I removed them. The bumper was not on the car. Can anyone tell me what they are and where they go?

They attach to the bottom bolt of the impact pad and to the bottom of the front bumper. See pict.
