Does it have a skid plate? Probably a mis-stamped 74.

I can't speak to an E body but the 70 B body K frames are the same big to small block. I thought the only differences between B and E was the angle of the steering box mount???

For you guys with the 72, what are the scheduled production dates of your cars?
I checked some early broadcast sheets for 1970 318, 340 & 383 cars & found 12 & 76, so give me a date range & I can did deeper.
Also, if you have your broadcast sheets, what numbers are printed under FRAME on line 4?

my car was originally a 318 car built in LA. I've owned the car since 82 but I don't have the build sheet, sorry. I do have the original order sheet from northland dodge and I'm the second owner.
If this is the tag you guy's are referring to.

Good morning,
I have an original 70 6 pack Chally. The "Coin" on the front of the"K" member has a 12 stamped on it. I have seen this (12) on several 70/71 BB and SB cars previously. My "K" member has the skid plate however my understanding is that the skid plate was not always installed on 6 pack cars but was for the Hemi cars.
I am fairly new to Mopars so I am always open to correction and learning new information, just wanted to share this.
Hope this helps.
