DO you want magnetic or regular vinyl? Any wrap place can make anything you want.

I assume you need the door VIN decal. These guys have them and they are a great repro.

Like a magnetic one? Plenty of places. I've used this web site for a few things--pretty good quality and fast. Can do it all online with nice results, as long as you've got a good quality original.
