Do they have an anodized finish?If not what is it? Is there anyone that restores them?

Yes, anodized aluminum. Here is one I restored for a '69 Charger 500. (same grille/bezels) I believe that grille is being reproduced.

They are anodized,I think Alltrim restores them.Still some NOS ones around too.

i have nos grille and headlamp bezels on mine.My bezels look like they were silk screened

Yep, the bezels should have the black removed from the crosshatch pattern.

RT,Super Bee,black grill had all black bezel,base Coronet silver grill, had bright crosshatch.Had NOS parts both ways.

Bright crosshatch/mesh pattern on bezels for the '68 coronet line. The bright unpainted crosshatch was painted black for the '69 Charger 500 model......

thats what I did. But I also did that throughout the whole grill. just painted it all from the back. i like it
