About a year ago I heard that another company bought the rights to the composite formula. The $$$ I recall hearing was about $800 for a set of solid lifters!
I decided to pass on the idea.

I was thinking the other day about looking for a set... I guess I should let that idea pass as well...

In terms of "belt and suspenders" for a FT cam, good oil is first. EPDM drilled lifters help also, then nitriding the cam. I think I would do the above before spending $800 on the composite lifters... and hoping quality problems were worked out.

I have one of the last sets for a small block that Shubeck made, I went in a different direction and never used them, still have them mint in the original box if interested, just PM me (and no, not cheap, but not $800.00 either!)
