Does anyone make individual hydraulic tire lifts? - 11/12/13 01:10 AM

I am looking for (4) individual hydraulic lifting pads, that I can place under all four tires, to raise my car in the garage approx 1 foot to install transmission. Are there such a thing? Thanks.

If that item lifted the car a foot, that would be what I want, but I think that it only lifts the car a little, just off the floor. Thanks.

The closest I've ever seen was a portable 2 post lift that would allow you drive line access with low over head clearance.

I use a portable sissors lift at home, useful for tons of car service, just not drive line.

PS I always attach my tranny's to my motors and avoid doing it from underneath like the plague.
Makes it safer from door dings too sitting on the lift.

There is a company called ARI Hetra that manufactures individual post jacks that slip around the tires. I believe the specialize in heavy truck applications but I think they make automotive lifts also.

I haven't heard of any pads but I have heard of these.
