should have been simple

So anyway i have a newer 5.9 and have been looking for a id number so i can find exact year every thing i find says right hand side of block stamped 13-19 long number with last eight being last 8 of vin a freind pulled it out of newer 2000 some thing durango rt in ca so block is clean as can be but no numbers or im looking wrong place or for wrong thing so where should i be looking thanks
