2008 Jeep Liberty

My daughter called me today in a panic in regards to her jeep. its a 08 with a 3.7, I ran the codes and got two P0593 and P0706. I stopped at the dealer because the symtoms pointed to the MAF sensor. $42 later it still chugs any ideas??
