clutch fan ID please

HI - I've come across a fan/clutch assy that have the following part #'s:
Fan: 3462186
clutch: 3898276 A161B

Can anyone tell me what these fit?

7-blade Fan: 3462186 = 1974 small & big-block w/AC (B & C-bodies)

clutch: 3898276 A161B = newer, I don't have the application
