67 dart small block firewall ground

I have a short factory firewall ground wire that is not connected. It is attached to firewall just to the left of the heater hose outlets but other end is not connected. It has what looks like a 3/8 or so size hole in the ring connector. Where does this attach? I thought it might go to the intake manifold under the coil strap but it is too short by a couple of inches and don't see where else to attach to. This is making me feel really dumb about now. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Under a valve cover bolt or stud maybe?

Connector hole size too big for valve cover bolt but thanks for suggestion.

Took a break and looked again and tried it-fits there but sure didn't remember it being attached to there or think it would have gone there originally. Thanks A12.
