Hurst / Inland conversion shifter - 08/25/13 02:03 AM

Anyone have any experience with the Hurst/Inland conversion shifter that Brewers performance sells. I am thinking about trying one but I am a little concerned since it is a remanufactured shifter and does not appear to have the hurst stop bolts. Is it a Competition plus Hurst shifter?? I would love to retain the original shifter boot in my 67 Charger.

thanks

My understanding, Comp is no stop bolts, Comp Plus has stop bolts. It's not hard to add them.

Most of the Hurst shifter bodies have a small, shallow recess which you can drill out, tap, and install stop bolts into.
