71 Barracuda, factory tiedown brackets question

My 71 Barracuda convertible is a US spec car. It went to England sometime in late 70 or 71. It has Two (2) factory tiedown brackets in the rear. My 70 Challenger vert had a single. Is it normal to have a single or to have two?
