Can some please tell me what is the proper torque spec on a 5/16 U bolt for a Billet 7290 Yoke.

Snug it up, no more than 300 inch lbs (25 ft. lbs)

the U bolts don't do anything other than limit the forward and rearward movement of the U joint caps, the pinion yoke does all the work under power
