I have some used outside door handles off ebodies but need to know if they are different between cuda and challenger.

For 1970 & part of 1971 model year they were different:
( outside = Challenger "concave" part #s 2999882/2999883 (cast RH 2999886/2999887 LH)
) outside = Barracuda "convex" part #s 2999816/2999817 (cast RH 2999820/2999821 LH)
flat = generic used for both e-bodies mid-'71 thru '74 part #s 3760214/3760215 (cast RH 3760216/3760217 LH)
"Barracua" 
( outside = Challenger "concave" part #s 2999882/2999883 (cast RH 2999886/2999887 LH)
) outside = Barracuda "convex" part #s 2999816/2999817 (cast RH 2999820/2999821 LH)
