Researching old torque converter

I'm finally getting around to swapping out my converter for a new TA 10" 3000 stall and was looking to find any info specifically stall rating of old convenverter from part number. I can't find a pentastar pn this thing anywhere so I assume it's aftermarket. Only the numbers 28 39627. The old converter uses 5/16 flex plate bolts and measures just about the same as my new 10" (which is actually closer to 11) in diamater. old one is funky green, like british racing green. here a pic and any info you may have is most appreciated.
