Fan Shroud ID Help Needed

Hello All, I have a fan shroud I am having a hard time with. It is a 26" version with part number 3869812 cast into the upper area. I have factory parts books to 1974 but cannot find it in any of these. Does anyone have any idea what this fits? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just found one with that exact same number in a '77 Volare Premier wagon w/318, A/C, and auto trans.
