acpro kit ..... any good ?

...I saw the ad on ESPN last nite .... is that kit any good ? .... if mammory serves ...I thought that you were supposed to add a touch of oil to the system if you access it .... ??

In the shop that I used to work in we always added 1oz of oil every time we charged a system. We also added a touch of dye in it also..
