72 vs. 73 B Body 318 Dual Exhaust System Install

I have a daily driver '72 Satellite with a 318 with factory exhaust manifolds, pre-ECS. Is it safe to say a complete dual exhaust system from a '73 Satellite with a 318 be a direct bolt on ? K-member differant ?
Both P/S vehicles.

Yes the K-member is different in '73+ but that shouldn't impact the exhaust fitment. I could be wrong but I am pretty sure it should fit just fine.

It seems most exhaust kits I see are sold for 71-74 B-body despite the suspension differences from 71/72 and 73/74.
