Fuel tank modifications

I'm looking to add EFI to my Cuda. I plan on buying a NEW gas tank and adding a recess section from Tanks Inc for the fuel pump. Trying to determine if it should be MIG, TIG, Brazed or Soldered. I know MIG and TIG will damage the galvanized coating but give a more solid joint. Solder may not stand up to the vibrations of the fuel pump. Is brazing the best even thought it take more heat to braze than solder? Want to do it right the first time. Thanks for your help!

If you want to really do it right, use a surge tank system and skip the custom tank.

I had Rock Valley install and pressure test my setup - you can weld it at home if you want, but they did a great job.

I dont think a surge tank is the end all option out there - my setup works great for over 3 years now with no issues.
