Dash lights ETC.

I am redoing a 68 Barracuda Fastback.I installed the dashboard over
the weekend.The headlights work.wipers work and ignition,I can not get
the dash lights, horn or the little green turn signal indecator lights
on the dash to work.Any ideas. Jim Jr.

Sounds like a dash ground problem.

Is the dash ground the wire under the steering colunme?

I believe that it grounds through the screws that hold the cluster in the dash.
