..what is the quietest performance muffler?

hobby control you...
..hard to do!

i used a X pipe with dynomax hemi turbos, then added magnaflo resonators just before the tips. car is quiet on the sides and when driving you can have a conversation at a normal tone, more wind noise than engine noise. Nice thing is when you stomp on it you hear that deep howl like in the blues brothers movie when they gun it to jump the bridge!! at the rear it still has a nice rumble.

Do you have part numbers or sizes for the resonators and mufflers? I would like to do something similar for my 68 Hemi Charger. Tim

dynomax 17748&49 (2.5" in/out) or 17768/69 (3" in/out) large body turbo mufflers

I've heard good things about the dynomax VT's especially regarding drone at cruise

No opinion on a muff selection but definitely (as said) in addition add resonator muffs alongside the leaf springs (& an X pipe up front). My preference is a mandrel 3" pipes to an electric or vacuum cutout(s) then mandrel 2&1/2" pipes rearward from that point to quiet muffs . Quiet in normal driving & power (& noise) when you get on it. No need to be offensive till the money is in the hands of a neutral (third) party & by then it's too late (for them)
