1995 dodge dakota ??

I have a 95 dakota i want to put a manual rack in that was out of a a 91 but the part that the outer tie rod goes in is to big. What is the part called thats bolted to the spindle for the tie rod?

and did 5 speed manuals come with 3.55 gears?
