Need to scrounge up some rear seat belts for my 71 Demon. NE1 have a pic of the routing and the length of the belts needed thanks for any help.

My kids love riding in the Mopars when they can, i have two booster seats for them.
Keeps them safe and secure.
What happened to your seat belts?

Car was missing them, they would only be able to use the lap belt in the rear seat with the booster seat i guess?

I don't know of any Mopars of that era had anything more than a rear lap belt. My Challengers only had two in the back which surprised me. My wife had a tercel that was half the size and had 3 in it's back seat.
Check to be sure they didn't fall under the seat bottom. I have never had an old car I didn't have to pull at least 1 if not all of the belts out from under the rear seat.
The good news is that if you get the pull adjustment straps virtually any will work. If you get the auto-retractors, that were common to the outside seats, you will need the correct (or very similar ones) to your year and body style to fit under the rear seat sides.
Don't worry about the lap belt only. They will be fine but if you really want to anchor a shoulder strap or car seat top anchor there is plenty of metal in the rear deck for one to hold in a child. It wouldn't be hard to adapt one from a new car just be sure the belts won't cut or fray on a sharp metal edge.

I think yearone and other companies of the like sell the generic school bus looking seat belts for like 50 bucks a pair. Bolt them down and tuck the ugly things under the back, when the kids want a ride pull them out and theyre nice and safe, probably safer than using the old belts anyway. Under a real impact they might come unbuckled as far as i'm concerned, I don't really trust mine. I'm 18 so when my friend get in the car they think its awesome because theres only a lap belt and its like an air plane, except the girls. They all ask for a shoulder belt! BTW Ive only got two belts in the back too, '67 Satellite. Ive seen cars with three though.

For lap belts, only child seats with thier own seatbelts will do. the older the kid is, the less of a chance you have of having a child seat with integral belt. most larger kids, starting at @3, go into some sort of booster that utilized the factory should belt. For them, only rear shoulder belts should be considered.
and before anyone pipes up and says "if you car didn't come with shoulder belts or any belts at all, you can't get a ticket" just don't.
I've been down this road before. I waited to let my kids go in the charger till I had a chance to install 3 point shoulder belts in the rear. Then I got into an accident with my 8 year old riding in the back. 12K in damage and she did not have scratch on her...because she was belted in properly with a proper belt.

Back in the 70's and 80's, the first thing everyone did was tuck the rear seat belts under the seat as far as they could. Have you had your seat out to check? At the very least it'll have the mounting points for the rear seat belts.

The kids have to be safe. I remember my dad making me wait to do alot of things when I was younger that other kids got to do because he didnt think it was safe. Being 5-10 at the time it seemed he was being over-precautious, looking back it would have been stupid for him to let me do alot of those things! 
And you DONT want to bounce around in these old cars if you do get into an accident, stuff is steel and made tough, it wont feel nice even to just hit your head on the back of one of my seats thats for sure!

with dkn1997, my 3 year old will still be in his baby seat, but my 5yo has a booster and i'm not to keen on just using the lap, i'm going to look into shoulder belts.

Think about how you mount a child seat (with integrated belts) with a 3 pt belt. You have you use that clip to tie the shoulder belt to the lap belt. Essentially you are anchoring as a lap belt would. Yes, you are distributing the load over 3 anchor points then 2, but for someone under 50 lbs, that is not going to make a difference.
Only thing you are missing is a top tether, but many cars older then Model Year 2000 would not have these anyway. At least that was when Chrysler added that safety feature.
I would just make sure the belts are in good condition and not dry rotted or cut at all. Also, adjust everything so there is no slack. This is the tricky part with the old adjusters. It may take a few minutes to get it all dialed in. I cover my seats with an old folded towel, so the plastic child seat does not dig into the vinyl. They can have some sharp edges.
And all my mopars, with the exception of my a-body vert had 3 belts in the rear.
