Body In White Inspection Checklist Sheet??

I found this tucked inside a 72 Dodge Chassis manual that came with a car I just bought. Can anyone shed some light on exactly what it is? My "new" car has a normal fender tag and is B5 Blue, so I'm sure it's not from this particular car.
