V7_ = (single ~1/8") painted accent stripe (Red, White, Blue, F = green or X = black)
V6_ = (dual ~1/8" & 1/4" vinyl reflective) sport stripe (availble in White or Red)

V7 - Single but on a '68 rr, pretty sure this is the same as a '69.
This shot is of the tail because I wanted to show that the stripe does NOT run across the tail light frame or bezel (or whatever the name is for that part around the end of the quarter panel??)

The V7 stripe also doesn't run all the way to the front, it stops about 1" from the front of the fender.

The V7_ "accent stripe" was OPTION'd on ~25% of '69 Road Runners, but is seldom seen on a restored example.

On my '68 rr (above) I had to find as many photos of the single stripe as I could to get a body guy to do it at least somewhat correct. The start and end of the stripe was a challenge to get it as close to O.E. correct and that's how I found out about where it ended at the rear of the car.

That rr will look sharp for sure....but still think they look good with the hood stripes just my opinion, regardless nice color Y2 is
