13.5 is quite high. Not a normal street build. Need more info on what you're trying to build here. Also, open chambered heads or closed?

You'll need about a 20CC dome... Easier to run a smaller chamber volume.. Then consider the volume of valve clearance notches..

To get to 13.5:1 on a 440 you can have no more than 72cc above the piston. This question belongs in the Race section.
