1970 440-6 oil leak

400 miles on my engine and have a very small oil leak. It leaks an area the size of a softball after driving then quits. I have spent two months looking and tightening with no luck. It may be the chain cover but not sure. Is there an additive to seal this? If not I guess I will try the black light stuff and see if I can find it. Thanks.
