trouble codes, 08 Wrangler

My son Lyle called and asked me about some codes that popped up on his girlfriends Wrangler, p0016, p0233, and p0340. Any ideas what they mean and possible fixes he can do? Appreciate the help.
p.s. he's not very car savvy.
