'66-'67 Dodge Coronet Interchangeable Parts - 01/10/13 07:10 AM

I would like to know if the front fenders from a '67 Dodge Coronet will interchang and fit onto a '66 Dodge Coronet?? I know that the grilles are completely different but the fenders look like they are the same. Is the hood the same? Also would like to know if the front and rear bumpers are the same?
Any information would be appreciated. Thanks, Bill

According to Hollander's Interchange, '67 Coronet fender is different than '66 Coronet. However, a '67 will fit on a '66.

The hoods do interchange.

'67 front bumper has parking lamps in it, '66 does not.

'67 rear bumper has backup lamps, '66 does not.

So bumpers do not interchange.

You can use 67 fenders on a 66 but you must drill off the 66 headlight stands and weld them onto the 67 fender.
67 hoods use the same top skin but a different inner skin which has cutouts for the R/T Scoop.

Aren't the hood letters different? Are the hole layouts the same?
