what is the next size up from 130 tooth and how much wider would it be?big block if it matters.

143 tooth is the next "up". No idea as far as size difference or whether 10.5 & 10.95 are both available in 143-tooth, but that info should be easy to find from Passon, Brewer's, McLeod, etc.
Both 130 & 143 use the same starter.

But not the same bellhousing unless you have a moveable starter pinion cup

Yep........
The 10.5 & 10.95 share the same PP-to-flywheel bolt pattern. 11" is bigger. You can get away with using a 10.95" clutch disc in an 11" if the spline is correct for the trans. Same with the 10.5" too but you're just losing surface area the PP won't get to hold onto.
The 10.95" is just a more efficient/optimized/bigger version of the 10.5" PP that uses smaller boltheads to locate a bigger PP to the 10.5" bolt pattern.
Only an aftermarket BH with the set-up to move the starter and nosecone will use both the 11" and 10.5/10.95. Otherwise, you'll find out the hard way that your 11" is too big or your 10.5/10.95 flywheel is too far from the starter.

The outside diameters:
143 tooth= 14.568" measured at the ring gear
130 tooth= 13.195" measured at the ring gear
