68 B body trunk floor extensions; AMD or other

Ok, for exterior body panels and big parts I'm sold on AMD, but I'm noticing that for trunk floor extenders the price difference from AMD and Sherman is HUGE! I mean the difference between $250ish and $60 for the pair.

I'm not an autobody guy, for a piece like this, is it really worth spending so much more money rather than get it it fit right with a work?

you will still have to do some work to make the amd ones fit properly
the amd is not the same as original..
i have no experiance with sherman,
they have been flooding the market lately with alot of new cheaper parts.

I owe my dad a set of these, so I'm curious on who to get them through. I was just going to wait until the next car show that had the AMD product there.....
