727 id help

I pulled out a core from storage and need help on Id please. Numbers are pk4028412 5191 4938 must be a late model but has console shift linkage I believe. Thanks.

I come up with 4028412 as

chysler 76 8-400
chysler 77 8-400
dodge 76-77 8-400
plymouth 76-77 8-400

Thanks someone is looking to build one and wants 70 up for some reason. Something about the valve body he said.

5191 is the build date October 17, 1975 so it's a '76 model trans.
