Good Quality Timing Light??

Good Quality Timing Light?? - 10/12/12 12:55 PM

I'm tired of buying the Autozone crap and throwing it out after 10 uses. Of course, I'm frugal (cheap) and don't want to spend a fortune. I'm looking for a dial back unit. Any good ones for under $100??

This is what I bought and I like it. Pretty much every imaginable feature. Check though to confirm compatibility with your ignition system.

Amazon's price of $99.98 is about as good as it gets. No need to look elsewhere... many places sell it for $140 summit, jegs, etc...

I have an older Sears dial back and a Flaming River battery powered. I got the Flaming River because the Sears didn't work with my MSD. I really like the Flaming River and use it for pretty much everything.

I bought one of these a couple years ago. Suits my needs and price was nice.

Look on craigslist, I bought a Snapon MT2261A Computerized Tack/Advance Timing Light in the case with manual and paper work, like new for $100.00

I use the one I bought from my Matco tool man a few years ago and it works very good and very accurate. Ron

Like suggested above. I picked up a very nice Snap On dial back for not a lot of money (can't rememeber how much) off of ebay.
