No. these are the ones that fit on the rear,need short nuts that fit in front.

What's special about them that they can't be bought at the hardware store?

The long sleeve nuts are the only special attaching parts for the MW exhaust manifolds, the other nuts are common 1737695 nuts as used on other V8's.
