What would the vin start with on a 74 ralleye Challenger?

In 73 & 74, all Challengers started with JH23.
The Rallye was strictly an option package.

In 72, the Rallye was denoted with a JS23 vin.

A57 should be on the tag if it had the Rallye package.

Nope. Just the fender tag and the broadcast sheet.
