Leaking Trans Pan

So I bought 3 of the B&M Deep cast aluminum pans for my cars. I put the 1st one on a wagon and it leaked a little, I figured I needed new O rings on the dipstick. Yes I am using the new Mopar pan gasket on all. Then I put one on my 63 Fury. When I 1st tried to put it on the holes didn't line up so I drilled the pan holes larger by 1/16". It bolted up fine then. When I filled it, fluid started leaking out of the bolt holes. It may be possible that the rigid mopar gasket won't sit flat but all the bolts went through OK.
Here are my questions;
1. Should I try filling the gasket holes and around the bolts with silicone?
2. Should I do that and sandwich a cork gasket between the pan and the gasket?
3. Should I coat the cork gasket with gasket adhesive and use just the cork gasket?

on my auto trans pans i use the newer style gasket. but on all the other before that gasket I would clean all surfaces with brake clean and airdry it with the air hose.

i used the MOPAR black ATF/RTV from the dealer,let it cure over night and it never leaks till it R&R again.

I would suggest that if you do use any rtv to use the mopar atf/rtv.

I would try the alum pan with a cork gasket and the mopar black atf/rtv on both side of the gasket,make sure not to over torque the pan bolts and let it cure over night.

I have used it and have waited an hour or so then refilled and ride also and it never leaked,but i rather let cure for 24 hrs.

get the mopar black atf/rtv at the dealer for around 5$ a tube.

I seal up the dip tube,pan gasket and cover the pivot pin for the low /revs servo lever on the back by tail shaft. no leaks for the last 3 yrs on the 904 trans in the 85 truck. good

The Right Stuff gasket maker will work. It can make it tough to get back off. I changed the gasket three times on my daughters Neon until I used the gasket maker. No more leaks.

Put on a summit cast pan & new mopar reusable gasket(904),still had leaks(thought it was a warped stock pan and stock gasket),ended up being the shift lever seal.Kinda strange it would leak through around the bolts though ,D

So here's what I am going to do. Gonna go to a Mopar dealer and buy the ATF/RTV and use no gasket at all. No worry of crushing the cork gasket. Should work fine.
