Its not a fender tag...

I found this while cleaning up my files and cant remember what it came from. Its black on the backside. Any ideas? Interior trim tag of some sort maybe?

i have seen tags similar to that clipped to seat springs thru the round hole that looks like it's sorta ripped out. never paid too much attention to what was on the tag. or if i did, i have now forgotten what was on it.
