picked up a free holley that came out of a Mopar from
the late '70's I believe, because there are four total vacuum
ports on the base plate. The primaries are smaller than
the secondaries.
4367 is the number on the choke horn.
Also the base plate has a fracture that goes through one of
the secondary holes/screw hole and out to the side.

Is this worth rebuilding?

Okay, what rebuild kit will work with the 4736 Holley?
And where would I get it?

Air grabber carb eh?.. AED 41601 carb rebuild Kit Holley 4160 Vac.Sec. something around $50 iirc.
