How do you remove the headrest from a 1970 A body with bench seats?? They adjust up and down but I can't get them too come out.

there should be a tab in the back. pull the headrest up unscrew the trim (i forget which side) and there will be a tab like thing you hold with a screwdriver which will disengage the latch.
