Sounds like dirty battery connections or dead battery to me.

Its on a 74 Challenger with a SB I'll go clean the connections

Starter relay is making the noise. Check all connections and the charge of the battery.

Just call me stupid. Why do we sometimes look past the obvious 2 minutes with a wire brush varooom
