Air testing a 727

Air testing a 727 - 06/06/12 03:28 PM

So Im still diagnosing the 727 in the Ramcharger. I dont think I have any major issues, I think it is all in the VB. I can air test it and EVERYTHING holds air, and you cant hear any bleeding inside, it holds it and then puffs it back out to me when I pull the test plug out.

Is the round port basically under the torque converter the forward supply port? Thats the set I want to test, and when I do its fine.

Are there more than 4 holes to test with air?

Thanks guys

4 is pretty much all you can test with air , front and rear clutch , and the 2 servos .

COOL!! thats what I thought,

Well its sealed up good. So Im sure Its a VB issue.

The shuttle valve seems to not want to stay up against the kickdown lever. Its realy loose and I think its binding in there.

All grab another VB I have laying around and see what I can do.

Check the pressure relief valve it's under the big spring.
