4 bolt main cap failure???

Many say stay away from 4 bolt conversions???

But yet many have good luck...anyone have BAD luck with this and have any pics to show failures or issues and why they failed.

Hotrod has a tunnel ram W2 build where they used the program caps on a stock block and the dyno showed over 600 HP.

So im just wondering if anyone has real world failure pics and at what level it happened.

Off topic, but I'd worry about the SB's thin cylinder walls splitting after about 500hp(per Rich Eberg) before the bottom end needing reinforced. Consider half filling with hardblok or an aftermarket race block at that level,IMO.
