K-frame, 70 b-body

I have this K-frame that was given to me, it is suppose to be for a 70'b-body, but im not sure.

It was restored and is almost show quality.

will this fit 68-70 b-bodies??

how much do you guys think its worth?

It does'nt look like a 70, no swaybar clearance.

The sway bar mounts are along front edge.
