My 94 Dodge Ram started stalling today. If the RPM's drop to less than about 1000 it stalls. If I pull up to a light I have to keep my foot on the gas or it will cut off. It will start up, but not idle. Other than that it runs great.
Any ideas to check?

clogged fuel filter, dirty injectors or failing pump (just happened in my Blazer no flames, please). if there was nothing leading up to this i would check all the obvious and simple things ot KISS and RapidRobert would call it. how goes the car (Barracuda, right)?

Car is easier to work on than the truck. It is so much more simple. I returned to the work force after 4 years and it has caused a delay in the fish. But its in the garage out of the weather so all is good. Maybe if I can find the truck issue I can get back on it this weekend. Thanks for the advice. I'll give you an update tommorow.

How old is the battery? I had similar problems with my 96 318 Dakota. After installing the new battery it was fine.
