What do you think guys? I've heard good things here about a members wires and I think these were the ones... the Fire wires. I'm comparing products:

or

I once ohmed a few different types of wires, I even had a guy at parts counter do it to prove it to him. The MSD's were king beat Accel and Taylor.

I honestly dont know enough about them to say one brand is better than another. What I can say however, is that I have the Fire Core wires on my 383 and I really like them. No issues at all. When I have to replace them, I'll be getting another set of them for sure.

HEllo. Thanks for your interest. If it were only about the ohms being low, people would be still running solid core wires. Ohms are a small part of the whole picture. It is the consistency of the wire, the termination, and quality of the whole process. Here is a post of some happy customers. They can say it best. Thank you. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me. Thank you.

I have used both, so I can tell you:

I went through two sets of MSD wires in four years on a street driven car that saw no more than 500 miles in that time - obviously, I rarely drive the car. Despite this, the MSD wires had melting boots, cracking wire sheathes, breaking wires, you name it. I would never buy another set.

Switched to Firecore 50's about two years ago, and couldn't be happier. Notable improvement in performance (spark) over the MSDs, and after 200 or so miles of stop and go driving, not a sign of melting boots, cracking, etc., etc. (which I would expect to see for so few miles) They are so much better than the MSD wires, it's not even funny.

Not trying to pump up the rep of a member here, but they are simply a great product.
