Best leaf spring bushing

will probably choose poly over rubber. Anyone here have a brand preference? Seems like i read that some poly bushings require that the sleeve be removed from the spring and that with others you leave the sleeve in.

I havnt seen sleeves on spring bushings, just control arms..
