installing air grabber solinoid? - 03/14/12 03:57 PM

hello, installing the solenoid for my 70 runner air grabber..
1)the single green wire coming off solenoid is for 12v switched power? or constant? and would i run the line to the fuse panel for this?
2)mounting to the dash frame is it's ground, right?
3) is there an in and an out specific on solenoid,or doesn't it matter? thank you for any help and tips, trying to get AG to finally operate as it should.

For 70’ the connection was made at the back of the fuse panel, needs to be on an ACC circuit, dead with the key off. If you have the correct solenoid for 70’, it should have a double-up spade connector on the lead, 71-72’ versions having a male bullet connector on a longer lead. The nipple vented to the atmosphere when the solenoid is at rest is the one that needs to be connected to the actuator in order for the system to function as designed.
