Sorry, not sure on that year/model.
My '69 Coronet with rally dash has the switch mounted under the dash pad area towards the heater controls. The non-rally dash had a switch near the wiper switch (I think same location as rear window defroster option on hardtops?)

No picture.....but I agree with previous poster. It is to the left of the heater control. You should have an oval shape opening that the switch fits into. It is just above where the 4 small gauges are located.
